The Villa Centenario Homeowner’s Association, Inc. (VCHOA) has been created to formulate and enforce certain covenants and restrictions to maintain property values and enhance the well-being of the residents.
Construction plans must be submitted to [email protected] for review and approval before construction can be initiated.
Payments for assessments and fees may be made by check, payable to Villa Centenario Homeowners Association Inc., and mailed or delivered to 1605 Villa Centenario Dr. Mission, TX 78572. Alternatively, homeowners may remit payment online via the Association’s official website at https://www.villacentenario.com/payments/. Please be advised that online payments are subject to a nominal processing fee.
